The Composer’s Toolkit was developed by Kai Kight, an internationally recognized innovation speaker and violinist out of Stanford University’s human-centered design program. I located 33 scenarios preventing leaders from navigating change effectively at 6 key phases of the innovation process. you’ll find a brief summary of each scenario, along with actionable tools you can use to write new music in this time of change.
